The Grand Tournament of Skylands
Long after Master Eon sealed the last Darkness rift, a strange phenomenon began rippling through the Portal network. Creatures from another dimension — small, impossibly varied, and crackling with elemental energy — began appearing across Skylands. The Skylanders called them "Eonmon", spirits of pure elemental will.
To restore order and understand this new world, Master Eon decreed the founding of the Skylandex Academy, where Skylanders could train alongside their Eonmon partners and compete in elemental tournaments. The rules? Simple. Each element has its strengths, its weaknesses, and its counters. Knowing them means the difference between victory and being sent back through the Portal.
The greatest Skylanders — those who can master all ten elements and read every matchup — are awarded the title of Grand Portal Master, the highest honor in both worlds.
